Questions
Does it actually send messages, or just draft them?
Routine guest messaging is sent automatically once your playbook is live. Reviews, refunds, damage claims and anything you mark "ask me first" are drafted and held for your approval. You choose where the line sits.
I don't use a channel manager — can you still help?
Yes. We can run it approve-first with messages forwarded to us, and help you move onto a channel manager if you want full automation. Tell us your setup on the call.
What about phone calls or in-person problems?
The AI handles messaging and coordination. Physical issues (a broken boiler, a lockout) are triaged and routed to your contractor or to you with the full context, fast.
