Terms of Service

These terms govern all work and subscriptions provided by Autumn AI Agency, a trading name of [FULL LEGAL NAME], a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By paying an invoice, starting a subscription, or asking us to begin work, you ("the client", "you") agree to these terms.

1. Services and scope

We provide the services described on autumnaiagency.com and in the written quote or brief agreed with you. Work outside that agreed scope is a new quote you approve before we start it. The original price and timeline never change on their own.

2. Quotes, fixed pricing and deposits

• Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. Fixed-price packages are fixed once agreed.
• Projects of £2,000 or more: 50% deposit to begin, 50% on delivery and sign-off. Projects under £2,000 are paid in full up front.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Square and continue until cancelled.
• Ad spend for paid-campaign services, and any third-party costs (stock, fonts, hosting, domains), are billed separately at cost.

3. Timelines

Stated timelines start when the deposit is paid and you have provided everything on the kickoff checklist. If we are late to deliver a fixed-price project through our own fault, you receive a 10% discount on that project for each full week of our delay.

4. Revisions and sign-off

Fixed-price design and build work includes unlimited revisions within the agreed scope until you sign off. "Sign-off" means your written approval (email is fine). Requests that expand the scope are quoted separately.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content, access and approvals promptly. Delays on your side extend our timelines by the same amount.
• You confirm you own or are licensed to use any material you give us (logos, copy, images, brand assets).
• Keep your own backups of anything you send us.

6. Intellectual property

On receipt of full payment for a piece of work, all rights in the final deliverables for that work transfer to you, and we hand over the working files and any accounts we created for you on request. Until full payment, all rights remain with us. We keep the right to display finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Pre-existing tools, code libraries and internal systems we use to produce the work remain ours.

7. Cancellation and refunds

• Subscriptions: cancel any time with 30 days' notice (no notice required for the Airbnb AI Co-Host). You keep access until the end of the paid period. Deposits and completed months are non-refundable except under the guarantee below.
• First-month guarantee: for content and social subscriptions, if you are not satisfied with the first month's work, tell us within that month for a full refund of that month.
• Trade Bot: Starter and Pro include a 7-day money-back if the bot will not run on your broker or MetaTrader 5 setup. Lifetime is non-refundable once access is granted.
• Airbnb AI Co-Host: 30-day money-back if it is not saving you time and hassle in the first month.
• Fixed-price projects: if you cancel after work has started, the deposit covers work done to date; further completed work is invoiced pro-rata.

8. Service guarantees

The specific guarantees stated on each service page (for example response times, delivery windows, monthly output) form part of this agreement. Where we miss a stated guarantee, the remedy on that page applies.

9. Autumn AI Trade Bot — risk

We do not guarantee any profit or trading outcome. Trading carries risk and you can lose money, including more than you deposit with leverage. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Trade Bot is a software tool, not financial advice or portfolio management, and we are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You are responsible for your account, your broker, your risk settings and your decisions. Use a demo account first and only risk capital you can afford to lose.

10. Airbnb AI Co-Host

This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb, Inc. You remain the host of record and are responsible for compliance with Airbnb's terms, local short-term-let regulations, licensing, tax and safety obligations. The AI acts on the rules and information you provide; you approve its playbook before it goes live and retain final say over pricing, refunds and cancellations.

11. Confidentiality and data

Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential. We process personal data only to deliver the services, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and we do not sell your data or share it between clients. Where we act as a data processor for your customers' data (for example guest messages), we do so on your written instructions. You can ask us to delete your data after the engagement ends, subject to any records we must keep by law.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the 6 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.

13. General

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you pay or place an order. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
